Quotes and Bookings
- Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of survey or enquiry. The final price may be adjusted if the actual volume, distance or services required differ materially from what was described.
- A booking is confirmed only once an advance payment, where applicable, has been received and acknowledged.
- Move dates are scheduled subject to availability and may need to be rearranged in exceptional circumstances such as extreme weather.
Customer Responsibilities
- Please disclose any fragile, valuable or hazardous items in advance so we can pack and handle them appropriately.
- Ensure someone authorised is present at both the pickup and delivery address on the scheduled dates.
- Any items not permitted for transport under applicable law (such as firearms, explosives or illegal substances) must not be included in the shipment.
Insurance and Liability
All shipments are covered under a standard transit insurance policy. Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos where possible. Our liability is limited to the value declared and insured at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move date will not incur a charge. Requests made closer to the move date may involve a partial charge to cover materials and crew already allocated.
Payments
Final payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept UPI, bank transfer and card payments.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
